Our AI does all the heavy lifting to guide you and take your body measurements. But there are things you can do to help it be extra precise. Click below for tips, tricks and best practices when taking your measurements.

    •  Opt for a tight top or tank (no bra) and fitted leggings or bike shorts.

    • Avoid belts, accessories, skirts, or dresses—they hide your body’s true shape.

    • Go barefoot or wear flat shoes; heels can throw off your posture.

    • Tie up your hair to keep your upper body visible.

    • Front Photo: Stand straight with arms in an "A" pose (away from your body) and feet slightly apart to show your full outline.

    • Side Photo: Turn to your left, align arms with your pants, and keep legs and feet together for a clear body outline.

    • Avoid slouching, leaning, or tilting your head.

    • Loose clothing, long hair left down, or accessories that obscure your body shape.

    • Incorrect arm placement (e.g., on hips or too close to the torso).

    • Backgrounds that are cluttered or lack contrast.

    • Select a clean, clutter-free background with a contrasting color to your clothes.

    • Ensure the space is well-lit and avoid objects that might confuse the AI.
